At LeedsXYZ, we aim to maintain full transparency and fairness for all customers. The following Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by our company. By purchasing from LeedsXYZ.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Refund Policy

  • All products and services are generally non-refundable.

  • Refund requests will not be accepted for completed services or delivered products unless specifically mentioned in this policy.

  • Every decision regarding refunds or adjustments is determined based on company rules and regulations.


2. Visual Products (Replace/Exchange Only)

Visual or physical products such as leather goods, fashion items, accessories, electronics, furniture, etc.
are not eligible for refunds.

However, these products may be:

  • Exchanged or Replaced within 15 days to 100 days,
    depending on product type, condition, and brand policy.

Exchange or Replacement Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Physical damage caused by the customer is not eligible.

  • Replacement depends on stock availability.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.


3. Service-Based Refund Policy

All service categories (Real Estate, Renovation, Interior, Electronics Repair, Electrical, Computer/Mobile, etc.) are:

  • Non-refundable once service has started

  • Non-refundable after service completion

Service charges, technician visit fees, inspection fees, or consultation charges cannot be refunded.


4. Advance Deposits

Advance payments or deposits taken for:

  • Service bookings

  • Custom orders

  • Project initiation

  • Material purchase

  • Pre-order products

are refundable only under specific conditions:

✔ Refund Available:

  • Advance deposits are refundable within 3 months from payment date.

  • A 20% service charge will be deducted from the refundable amount.

✔ Refund Not Available:

  • If the request is made after 3 months

  • If materials were already purchased or work has begun

  • For custom-made items or special orders


5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Bank processing fees may apply


6. Company Decision

All refund, exchange, and replacement decisions are subject to:

  • Company terms and conditions

  • Internal inspection

  • Availability of replacement stock

  • Management approval

The company reserves the right to accept or reject any refund or exchange request.
