🔖 Cancellation & Exchange Policy

1. Products & Services

• All products and services are non-refundable according to the company’s refund policy.

• All decisions regarding cancellation, refund, or exchange will strictly follow the company’s rules and regulations.

2. Visual Products

• Products under the Visual Category are eligible for exchange or replacement only.

• Exchange/Replacement is allowed within 15 to 100 days from the date the product was received.

• Refund is NOT applicable for any visual product.

3. Advance Deposit

• Only Advance Deposits are refundable.

• Refund requests must be made within 3 months from the application date.

• A 20% service charge will be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Order Cancellation

• Order cancellation is allowed after the confirmation phone call.

• If the parcel has already been received and you still wish to cancel, you may do so by paying the delivery charge.
